Design honor from Smashing Mag / Thursday, November 29, 2007

Like many designers, I read Smashing Magazine on a regular basis to check out the best in CSS design and for other design commentary. I was happy to learn that Smashing honored Tickerville in their feature 30 More Excellent Blog Designs. Smashing’s site lists are a primary inspiration in my own design, so that is why I consider the inclusion so exciting and even a little prestigious. This is more encouragement to stay active in CSS development.

Tickerville sets the bar high for other investment-related Web sites which tend to have more noise than signal. Quint, Tickerville’s owner, has a brilliant mind, the motivation of a hundred men, and most importantly a heart! It’s a trifecta… so I know Tickerville has a bright future under his leadership.
