Sound-driven animation (test 1) / Thursday, October 05, 2006

The first of a series of sound-driven animations. I’m working with Lafe Taylor on this. The character is his and he has a ton more. This one he threw together for a quick test. We’re pretty happy with the result although there is some more progress to be made here. Over the next few months we’ll be working loosely to achieve sound-directed animation. It can be used to more quickly produce funny or informative little shorts.

The synchronization isn’t perfect. Hopefully it’ll approach perfection later.
